Privacy Policy

Your practice stays on your device. The app does not collect personal data or track you.

Who this policy covers

This policy describes Take Two and this website, provided by Eilon Krauthammer. For privacy questions, contact eilonkrauthammer@gmail.com. Effective September 20, 2026.

No app data collection

The app has no account system, advertising, tracking, analytics service, or developer-operated backend. We do not receive, sell, or use your in-app activity for advertising. The current app has no purchases or subscriptions.

Microphone and recordings

Take Two requests microphone permission when you choose to record. Audio is recorded and processed on your device. Recordings, scene and direction details, private notes, Moment Pins, favorites, comparison state, and preferences are stored locally. We cannot listen to or access your recordings through the app. The app does not upload recordings, transcribe speech, train AI models, or perform automated voice analysis.

Sharing is your choice

If you use the share action, the app creates a temporary copy of one audio recording and opens Apple’s share interface. Only the audio file is exported; notes, Moment Pins, and other takes are not included. The destination you select handles the exported copy under its own privacy policy. Sharing is optional and does not send the recording to us.

Your controls and deletion

You can revoke microphone access in iOS Settings, delete individual takes, or use Delete all recordings in the app’s settings. Deleting a take removes its audio, notes, and pins. Delete all recordings also clears drafts, favorites, take counters, and blind-comparison state, while retaining bundled scenes and presentation preferences. Deleting the app, rather than offloading it, removes its local app data. Manage previously exported files at their destinations. Device backups may retain copies until you manage or delete those backups. There is no developer-held account or recording database to delete.

Device backups and Apple services

Your operating system may include app files in device backups, depending on your settings. This is separate from app-provided cloud sync; the app does not offer cloud sync. Apple manages App Store transactions, system diagnostics, and any information you choose to share with Apple under Apple’s privacy policy.

This website

This website is hosted with OpenAI Sites. Requests to load it necessarily involve technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time. Hosting providers may process this information to deliver and secure the site under their own practices; see OpenAI’s privacy policy. We have added no advertising pixels, analytics scripts, contact forms, or tracking cookies. App data is not sent to this website.

If you contact support

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use that information to answer and resolve your request. Our email provider processes the message to deliver and store it. Please avoid sending sensitive information or recordings unless needed for your request. Support correspondence is retained only as needed for support, security, or legal obligations. You can request deletion by email, subject to any retention required by law.

Children and privacy rights

The app does not knowingly collect children’s personal information. A parent or guardian can contact us about information a child may have sent to support. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of information you provide to us, and to complain to a data protection authority. Email us to exercise applicable rights. We cannot retrieve data that exists only on your device.
